Building towards Bonneville… Part Four

Here is Part 4 of the Roadster Build. In the beginning I wanted to sit fairly upright, requiring a tall roll cage. This was during the period of Speedweek and other salt events cancelled due to weather, we decided to install a shorter cage, and enclose that area as well, and taper the cover over the engine.

In the class, the driver area cannot be totally enclosed, and require a windshield or air deflector. In May of '16 I set the record at El Mirage, @ 160.194. I went to Speedweek and set the record at 176.

Thats when I moved up to the ARDUN, which will be the next installment.
