A Return to Bonneville… Part Seven
Our weekend has been busy changing the front loop in the Bob Lick/Jim Lindsay Bonneville Roadster. it's always great to work with Bob, as they are doing an upgrade to the car, going from a blown Flathead to a 572 Ford, with 990 hp. The front hoop Marty put on the car was very tight getting in and out, so we corrected that problem. Now it on to some hood modifications for intake and exhaust.
I delivered the painted body today, and it is a very high quality paint job, and will look timeless when complete. If all goes well, the team will be on the salt for Speedweek with the ARDUN powered Lakester and this car. More updates coming.
